For over 30 years, Choate has been at the forefront of the evolving lifestyles of senior living communities. Holbrook is a leader of this movement with their collection of active and assisted-living communities across the southeast. The five-story senior living community offers varying levels of care to residents with 96 assisted living, 71 independent living, and 33 memory care units. The load-bearing metal stud with hollow core plank structure is built over a PT reinforced concrete podium to allow for parking and storage functions below. A courtyard located on top of the podium creates an outdoor space for residents to enjoy. Designed to match the architecture of the nearby Emory University campus, the building utilizes stucco, synthetic granite stone, and sloped concrete tile roofing. Residents can enjoy numerous community amenities including fitness and therapy pools, an on-site salon, steam rooms, multiple dining rooms, and numerous common living room areas.
