The Holbrook of Sugar Hill is a 150,000 square foot Senior Living Community with 102 Assisted Living and 28 Memory Care apartment residences. The design was inspired by the history of Sugar Hill, with influences of the original Native American and European settlers. A warm, neutral palette is complimented by organic textures and shapes across the building, evoking a sense of calmness and serenity through the elements of the design.
